Brilliantly written, interesting and heartbreaking description of OCD followed by a great recipe! I also found WW changed my relationship with food and I found a different food palette to cook with, which had a brilliant effect on my recipes (and my health). Thank you.

Omg donuts! At 15 I had the beginnings of bulimia and would secretly buy 4 donuts and eat them and then make myself sick. I still love donuts but remember back each time I eat one! Or 2 ……great to meet you too !

Hi Lizzie - saw you were at the gfw - missed you ! Thank you. WW gave me an eating structure which helped me lose weight and feel in control and good about myself. Portion control ! Still struggling with yo yoing but feel the best I have felt now!

Hi Sarah! Nice to meet you now!! WW did the same for me re eating structure – and also removing the on - off thing about diets. And also it gave me a food palette that didn’t need portion control, and somehow clicked me into a much more creative approach to food. But I still yo-yo. Am very interested in the work of Tim Yeo and the genetics of obesity on the subject! (My first post on substack was about whether my genes forced me to eat doughnuts..)
