Yes she had soft peachy skin! Did yoga every day and shopped in charity shops - pre loved! She was so cool 😎

I am going to look into this. My mum had a pressure cooker and just did veg. But you can do so much more!

Love the re-use tips in this recipe by making a stock from the left overs. I've started do this in the pressure cooker just so I don't have to worry about it bubbling away and I can get on with something else.

Slow cooker is a good one, I'm sure you get a different kind of texture/stock that way. More wholesome and earthy. Where as the pressure cooker is a no stone unturned kind of approach.
